If your product is damaged during shipment, please let me know and I'll work with you on getting a replacement sent.
I usually cannot issue full refunds unless under extraordinary cases. I am more than willing to work with you if something dire comes up that needs attention. Please, always contact me if you have questions, concerns, or any issues at all!
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
YES! Though sadly, because I live in the US, shipment will take longer, and will probably be much more expensive. Sorry!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. It takes me about 2-3 days to process orders and deliver them to the post office, so please keep this in mind! You will receive confirmation and tracking numbers as soon as the order has processed.
What if I don't see something I want here?
MESSAGE ME! I'll be more than willing to take suggestions and add them to my shop as soon as possible. I do work full time, so please bear with me as I go through many shop changes!
